76ers Ticket Giveaway - Official Rules and Regulations

1st United Home Health Care is giving away tickets to selected 76ers games for the 2024-2025 regular season.

Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entrants must complete the online survey and provide all required contact information.
• One entry per person; multiple entries will be disqualified.
• One you enter your eligible to win throughout the entire giveaway

Entry Process

1. Complete the survey on our website at www.1stUnitedHHC.com or scan the QR on Septa Buses and other advertisements.
2. Provide the required contact information, including full name, valid email address, and phone number.
3. Follow 1st United Home Health Care's Instagram page, @1stUnitedHHC, where the winners will be announced.

Game Options:

• Winners will be chosen for the following 2024-25 Philadelphia 76ers regular season games:
• December 20, 2024, vs. Charlotte
• January 8, 2025, vs. Washington
• February 11, 2025, vs. Toronto
• March 9, 2025, vs. Utah
• March 29, 2025, vs. Miami

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random and announced on our Instagram page (@1stUnitedHHC).
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their survey submission.
• Winners have 3 days to respond and claim their tickets. If we do not receive a response within this period, the tickets will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

Terms and Conditions:

• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these rules and terms.
• By entering, participants agree to have their names announced on our social media channels if selected as a winner.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other game.
• The giveaway is solely for the 2024-2025 76ers regular season home games, as specified.
• Winners will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the game.
• 1st United Home Health Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control impact the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or the Philadelphia 76ers organization.
